A local craft brewery with a unique character
With the arrival of spring and the opening of the parasols, it’s time to plan lunches on the terrace and evenings around a good drink. In this spirit of conviviality, we naturally wanted to introduce you to a local, artisanal brewery with a unique character and to which we are very attached: Les Brasseurs Tchèques. Indeed, Les Brasseurs Tchèques and the Blue Estate agency are part of the same family group.
Know-how straight from the Czech Republic
It’s in Thyez, in the heart of the Mont Blanc Valley, the heart valley of the Blue Estate family, that Les Brasseurs Tchèques set up their vats and kettles in 2019. BT beers are brewed by hand, using a unique, internationally renowned technique straight from the Czech Republic: cold fermentation. It’s with this skilful blend of passion and tradition that the Brewers have created a range of varied tones: IPA, Neipa, Effeweisen, Lager and Imperial Lager.
he brewing technique gives these unfiltered, unpasteurized beers a singular character, with pronounced flavors and a cloudy color. These craft beers are served on draught in the restaurant. The beers are served on draught in the restaurant, and accompany a menu featuring only fresh produce, offered in the restaurant as a bistro/brasserie at lunchtime. In the evening, the restaurant offers a tapas menu for evenings with friends and after works.
