Blue Beer, the summer beer from Blue Estate

27 August 2021

The Blue Estate team is proud to offer you a summer beer to taste: Blue Beer. The result of a collaboration with local brewery Les Brasseurs Tchèques, this is a lager-style beer that will delight everyone’s taste buds.

A beer with strong flavours

This year, to give the summer season a special flavour, we came up with this collaboration with the Czech Brewers. In order to offer our tenants, who come from a wide variety of backgrounds, a local, craft beer, we have chosen Lager to become the summer version of Blue Beer.

Lager is renowned the world over for its light, subtly bitter taste. The Czech Brewers’ Blue Beer is unique in that it is unfiltered and unpasteurised, giving it a cloudy colour and a malty flavour that is richer and more complex than an ordinary lager. Developed in the vats of Brasseurs Tchèques, the family group’s brewery, Czech craft lager has been a great success since its launch.

That’s why we’d like to share our Blue Beer with you, for a refreshing note with your aperitifs or meals during your Blue Estate holiday. This beer goes perfectly with rich fish and sweet sauces.

Discover local produce

When you book a Blue Estate holiday, you’re also making the choice to taste and discover quality local produce. Our housekeepers and home chefs prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners using fresh, quality produce, carefully selected and produced using recognised local know-how.

Les Brasseurs Tchèques, a brewery with character

At their brewery in the Arve Valley in Haute-Savoie, Les Brasseurs Tchèques have created a varied range of beers: a lager, a Hefeweizen (white), an IPA and a Neipa (New England IPA). Several limited editions have already been released.
