It’s almost time for the reception at our waterfront villa in Veyrier-du-Lac!
This beautiful building, listed by the Bâtiments de France, has undergone extensive renovation work in order to be completely refurbished and modernized.
2 years of work were necessary to revise the entire villa: slabs, roofing, windows, electricity, plumbing, heating… A 30m² extension was also created to increase the living area and terrace facing the lake.
The interior layout has been completely reworked by our architects to optimize floor space, comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults and 4 children.
Renovated with high-quality materials, the villa now boasts 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a dormitory area, a gym and a lounge bar. Outside, there’s a Nordic bath, a summer kitchen and a private beach with pontoon on Lake Annecy.
