How do I find your properties on our site?

In the menu, click on “Collection” to discover all our properties. Use the filters to find the one that suits you best.

You can also access the “Destinations” page and choose your destination to explore available properties by location.

Our destinations are divided into 3 main categories: Lake, Sea, Mountain, in France and abroad.

How do you select the properties for your collection?

Through a story. We believe that each property has its own character and story to tell. We don’t have any pre-defined criteria for selecting a property, just a “coup de coeur”. If you would like to propose your property for rental management to optimize your rental income, please send us your request by clicking here.

Booking

How do I make a reservation?

  • – How to submit a reservation request :

You can request a quote directly from our website by selecting the property of your choice and adding the additional services you require. You can also contact us by e-mail at contact@blue-estate.fr, and we will send you a quote.

  • – How the contract is signed :

Once the services have been defined and the quotation validated, we can proceed with issuing and signing the rental contract. Contracts are sent by email. A deposit will be required (the amount may vary depending on the property and the number of nights).

  • – Preparing your stay :

We’re with you from the moment you book to the end of your stay. Together, we organize your trip, activities and concierge services. A member of our team will accompany you before, during and after your stay. Trusting us is your guarantee of a stress-free, hassle-free stay.

Who can help me with my booking?

What is your response time?

We guarantee a response to your booking request and/or inquiry within 48 hours of sending your message.

Do you impose a minimum length of stay?

Yes, depending on the property and your booking period, you will be required to stay a minimum number of nights. However, please do not hesitate to submit your request to us, as we sometimes make exceptions.

Who should I contact when I arrive?

Each property has its own contact person.

On your arrival, the house manager will welcome you, hand over the keys, give you the house instructions and proceed with check-in. Don’t hesitate to ask her any questions you may have during your stay. All the information you need to get to the link for your stay will be sent to you after you have made your reservation at: contact@blue-estate-agency.fr.

How do we get our booking information?

The concierge team will contact you at least one week before your arrival, so that you can receive all the information you need to make the most of your stay at our properties.

During your stay

What should I do if I have any questions or requests during my stay?

Day-to-day support :

At any time during your stay, you can contact us or the person in charge of the property and your comfort. She’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have, and provide the support you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Do you have people on hand to welcome and advise me?

Yes, someone will always be present for your check-in, and our team is available to answer any questions you may have before and during your stay.

Is the key delivered by hand?

We offer a guided tour of the property.

We will show you every room in the property in detail. We make sure that the property meets your expectations, so that you are fully satisfied and can enjoy your stay to the full.

What if I want to arrive earlier?

For an earlier or later arrival, you can book an early check-in or late check-in at an additional cost. Please do not hesitate to contact our team for further information, via e-mail concierge@blue-estate.fr

Is a detailed document available to give you all the information you need?

To help you find your bearings straight away when you arrive at the property, we’ve produced a detailed welcome booklet. In it, you’ll find useful tips and addresses relating to the property you’re staying in and the destination. It can be consulted directly online via a QR code available in the property.

Concierge services

What concierge services do you offer?

Anything is possible, and that’s what we want you to remember. Our list of services is not exhaustive and we adapt to the needs of our customers. For each of our properties, we include a cleaning service before and after your stay.

On request, we can offer a daily or weekly linen change, butler service and a concierge available to book all your activities and restaurants. We can also take care of booking your transfers from the train station or airport, or find you a private chef at home.

What kind of customized experience do you offer?

We offer you a unique experience, adapted to each of our destinations: There’s more to come than meets the eye. Put your trust in us, and we’ll provide you with the ultimate local experience. Take off for an evening in an alpine chalet in Megève on a snowmobile and go tobogganing at night, fly over Mont Blanc in a helicopter or hot-air balloon in the early hours of the morning, take to the forest on a dog sled. Here are just some of the experiences we can offer you in Megève.

Explore the Esterel massif by sea on board a boat with a local skipper, go mountain biking with a guide in the Esterel’s Red Rocks, meditate on the water and practice yoga to the rhythm of the waves from a paddle are just some of the activities we can offer you during your stay in Agay.

Discover Annecy, the “Venice of the Alps”, and let yourself be seduced by its idyllic setting between lake and mountains. Treat yourself to an exceptional lunch or dinner aboard a private boat with panoramic views. For a unique experience, fly over the lake in a hot-air balloon or paraglider, and end your escapade by savoring local specialties at a Savoyard product tasting workshop.

Our concierge service takes care of everything to offer you a tailor-made experience, organizing every detail so that you can simply enjoy the moment and live unforgettable moments.

Who can tell me more about where to go and what to do?

Our concierge team is on hand to suggest the best activities for you. Each destination has its own concierge booklet to guide you throughout your stay. You can find all our destinations and holiday inspirations on our website, in the “Destinations” and “Inspirations” sections.

Do you offer a transfer service?

Yes, at the heart of our Mountain Destination, we offer a transfer service to the slopes at an additional cost.

Are concierge services included in the base price or billed separately?

Concierge services are always available at extra cost. You can book them in advance of your stay to make the most of it, by contacting our team or by booking them at the same time as your stay. If you have any questions about our concierge services, please contact our team at conciergerie@blue-estate.fr.

Can I have details of each concierge service?

Does the accommodation have baby equipment?

Not all our properties have a cot or high chair. Please let us know in advance so that we can provide them before your stay. These are included in the “Little Guest” / “Petit Voyageur” concierge packages.

Cancellation and refund

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Cancellation by the customer :

  • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival:

If the customer cancels for any reason (except force majeure), BLUE ESTATE will retain 60% of the reservation price.

  • Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival:

If the customer cancels less than 15 days before arrival, BLUE ESTATE will retain the full price of the reservation.

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival:

If the customer cancels more than 30 days before arrival, and if the balance of the reservation has already been paid, this amount will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

Blue Estate agency cancellation:

  • Force majeure: If BLUE ESTATE has to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen events (force majeure), all sums already paid by the customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Other reasons: If BLUE ESTATE cancels a booking for legitimate reasons, such as a suspicious booking or if the customer has had a problem in the past with payment or compliance with the conditions, the sums paid may be retained, and a partial refund may be made.
  • Reservation transferred to a third party: If the customer transfers the reservation to someone else without respecting the rules, BLUE ESTATE may cancel the reservation, even at the last minute, and retain all sums paid.

Together, we agree on the periods of availability for letting your property, the pricing conditions and the commission rate.

Once our offer has been validated, our photographer is commissioned to take photos to showcase your property on our rental platforms and website.

Insurance

If I have a setback and I haven't taken out insurance, what should I do?

If you have a setback and have not taken out insurance, unfortunately no cancellation, modification or refund can be made. In accordance with BLUE ESTATE‘s general terms and conditions, in the event of cancellation without force majeure, all sums paid remain the property of the agency. It is therefore important to think carefully before booking, and to consider taking out insurance if you think that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

Am I covered by insurance during my stay in one of your properties?

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your stay. We can offer you a suitable solution at the time of booking to cover you in the event of damage to the property. See offer details
